Calendar of Events

Poplar Heights Farm has been fortunate to be able to attract and sponsor high quality events to promote historical preservation while presenting information to the public in interesting and entertaining ways.  Unfortunarely, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, our schedule of major events has been severely disrupted for 2020. However, we are able to conduct a limited schedule of programs and events while maintaining appropriate safeguards for our guests and staff.

Because of the fluid nature of recent rules and guidelines for public gatherings, we are not able to provide a firm schedule of upcoming events on this site.  We ask that you follow us on Facebook and check our Facebook page regularly for all of the latest information on the farm and our programs.

Poplar Heights Living History Farm is located at 5250 NE County Road 5004, Butler, Missouri.

In Butler, take Highway H to east to UU Hwy, turn left (north) and follow the signs
